Jason Sisneros

Jason works with established business owners who need to fix what is breaking, scale what works without losing control, and gain the option to step away when the time is right. His firm Built To Exit (B2X) helps business owners get control of cash, margin, sales, leadership, and day-to-day work, puts the right people, process, margin, and financial discipline in place, and reduces the firm's need for the owner and makes strong results last without them.

Much of his client and personal results have come from the trades, home services, consulting, manufacturing, distribution, and local or regional companies. While those are industries he deeply knows, the same problems show up in all kinds of established, owner-led firms.

Jason has made 27 exits of his own and led or advised more than 100 turnarounds. His work has ranged up to companies like Nike, Comcast, and Microsoft.

Jason grew up in poverty and learned business the expensive way. He went through failures, bankruptcies, forced exits, and hard recoveries before he reached exits he chose on his price, timing, and terms. Those scars shaped the Exit Code system he teaches today.

Lora Trent — Director of Survivor Support

Lora leads Safe House Project's efforts to provide comprehensive, trauma-informed emergency services to survivors of human trafficking. She oversees the dedicated Survivor Support Team, ensuring that survivors receive immediate and effective assistance, including shelter, transportation, safe house placement, and support for essential needs during the critical moments following identification or exit. Lora collaborates with national partners, safe house programs, healthcare providers, law enforcement, and community organizations to address the complex needs of survivors and eliminate barriers to safety, stabilization, and long-term care.

In addition to direct service oversight, Lora contributes to the development of trauma-informed protocols and builds relationships with service providers across the country to expand access to high-quality, survivor-centered care. With a deep understanding of trauma, systems navigation, and survivor response, and more than 26 years of experience working directly with survivors and safe home providers, Lora plays a key role in advancing Safe House Project's mission to empower survivors and ensure they have access to the care they need to begin their healing journey.
