She is the host of the monthly webinar series “Empowerment Exchange.” She educates hundreds of organizational leaders, policymakers, and law enforcement officials on issues, best practices, and solutions surrounding the needs of trafficking survivors. Alia has spoken at various conferences around the nation, sharing her own story as a survivor of underage sex trafficking and adult sexual exploitation and how she found healing and restoration. Alia is the Director of Aftercare for Safe House Project and also a former member of the California State Commercial Sexual Exploitation of a Child (CSEC) Advisory Board.
